El pasado viernes 12 de julio se realizó en el local del Círculo de Periodistas Deportivos del Paraguay (CPDP) el lanzamiento oficial del programa de capacitación para periodistas deportivos a distancia que promueve esta entidad a través de una cooperación con una entidad universitaria, el cual, dada su trascendencia, cuenta con el aval de AIPS América, en virtud de que periodistas no paraguayos, pertenecientes a otras asociaciones del continente, también podrán tomar los cursos a ser dictados..
La definición de la citada alianza estratégica lleva por nombre “Convenio de Cooperación para el Desarrollo de las Capacidades Comunicativas en el marco de la Alianza Estratégica entre la Facultad Derecho, Ciencias Políticas y Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de Pilar, el Círculo de Periodistas Deportivos del Paraguay y AIPS América”, la cual fue suscrita el pasado 5 de julio, en la ciudad de Pilar, capital del departamento de Ñeembucú, ubicada a unos 200 kilómetros al sur de Asunción.
La puesta en marcha del convenio será inmediata, con tres módulos a desarrollarse a través de la modalidad de educación a distancia, vía internet, con monitoreo de profesionales designados por la Universidad, el CPDP y AIPS América. Estos serán:
A) Actualización sobre las reglas de juego del fútbol.
B) Periodismo digital.
C) Oratoria y técnicas de redacción periodística.
El primero de ellos se pondrá en marcha el 5 de agosto y durará cinco semanas, con clases dos veces por semana (martes y jueves) de 18:30 a 20:30 (hora de Paraguay; la misma de Chile y Bolivia, una menos que Argentina y Uruguay; y una más que Colombia, Perú y Ecuador, como referencia), lapso en el cual el alumno debe estar conectado.
El mismo tiempo de extensión tendrán los siguientes módulos, con una o dos semanas de separación entre ellos. La cantidad límite de alumnos por cada módulo es de 60.
Los aranceles dispuestos por los responsables de este emprendimiento son los siguientes:
PARAGUAY
Socios del CPDP: 80.000 guaraníes por módulo.
No socios del CPDP: 200.000 guaraníes.
EXTERIOR
Socios de AIPS: 25 dólares por módulo
No socios de AIPS: 50 dólares.
Los interesados no paraguayos deben remitir vía correo electrónico a info@aips-america.com sus datos (nombre, apellido, asociación nacional a la que pertenece, y si es o no socio de AIPS, adjuntando el numero de credencial si lo es). Las solicitudes serán procesadas y se comunicará a los postulantes el mecanismo para girar el dinero establecido al costo de cada módulo. Una vez recepcionado el importe correspondiente, se confirmará la inscripción y se entregarán las contraseñas digitales.

Distance course sponsored by the CPDP is open to interested of America
Last Friday July 12 was held in local of the Circle of Sports Journalists of Paraguay (CPDP) the official launching of the disstance training program for sports journalists that promotes this entity through a partnership with a university entity, which, given its importance, has the backing of AIPS America, considering that no paraguayan journalists belonging to other associations of the continent, may also take courses to be dictated.
The definition of that strategic alliance is called «Cooperation Agreement for the Development of Communicative Capacities in the framework of the Strategic Partnership between the Faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences of the National University of Pilar, the Circle of Sports Journalists of Paraguay and AIPS America», which was signed on July 5, in the city of Pilar, Ñeembucú department capital, located about 200 kilometers to the south of Asuncion.
The implementation of the agreement will be immediate, with three modules to be developed through the mode of distance education via Internet, with monitoring of professionals appointed by the University, the CPDP and AIPS America. These are:
A) Update on the game rules of football.
B) Digital Journalism.
C) Speech and journalistic writing techniques.
The first of them will be launched on 5 August and will last five weeks, with classes twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) from 18:30 to 20:30 (time of Paraguay, the same in Chile and Bolivia, one less than Argentina and Uruguay, and one more than Colombia, Peru and Ecuador, as a reference), during which time the student must be connected.
