TOKIO, Japón, 27 de julio de 2021.- Yoel Finol tuvo su debut en los Juegos Olímpicos ante el japonés Ryomei Tanaka, El caciquito perdió por decisión unánime en la categoría de los 52kg, en lo que fue un combate que pudo dominar el de casa en cada round que se presentó ante el venezolano.
