El norte de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y el sur de Santa Fe vivieron el pasado jueves 19 de diciembre su gran fiesta del deporte amateur con más de doscientos deportistas distinguidos y un teatro colmado.

Los Premios «PLUMI» (nombre que surge de las palabras: pluma y micrófono), fueron instaurados hace 30 años por el Círculo de Periodistas Deportivos de San Nicolás de los Arroyos y se han convertido en el reconocimiento más importante de toda la región.
En ella, a través de los votos de los socios del Círculo de Periodistas Deportivos, se reconoce a los deportistas más destacados.
La tradicional fiesta del deporte regional se llevó a cabo en el Teatro Municipal «Rafael de Aguiar» de la ciudad de San Nicolás de los Arroyos y contó con la presencia de los deportistas amateurs más destacados en este 2013.
Además, se logro recolectar una gran cantidad de alimentos no perecederos para los Hogares «El Amanecer» y «San Hipólito», destacando el sentido solidario que cada año tiene este gran evento.
En su discurso de apertura, el titular del Círculo, Lic. Cristian Torino, realizó un balance de la gestión actual y reafirmó el prestigio alcanzado por la entidad en la Federación Argentina de Periodistas Deportivos (FAPED), como así también en la Asociación Internacional de Periodistas Deportivos (AIPS).

Este año, el «PLUMI DE ORO», máximo galardón que otorga el Círculo de Periodistas Deportivos, fue para Federico Chiostri, quien con tan solo 14 años logró coronarse Campeón del Mundo en Padel.
La «COPA CÍRCULO DE PERIODISTAS DEPORTIVOS» se la llevó el deportista paralímpico Adolfo Berdún, quien fuera elegido Mejor Jugador de la Copa América de Básquetbol en silla de ruedas, realizada en Bogotá, Colombia.
El futbolista Diego Medina obtuvo el «PLUMI DE LA GENTE», votado a través del sitio web oficial. Además, y como cada año, se recordó y distinguió a periodistas deportivos que honraron y continúan honrado la profesión.
En primera instancia, se realizó un sentido homenaje al periodista fallecido Alberto Guarc y fue distinguido el reconocido relator Ricardo Scaglione por su amplia trayectoria. Luego, la Cámara de Diputados de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, otorgó distinciones al notable deportista paralímpico Adolfo Berdún, y al futbolista y dirigente Daniel Ronco.
Se entregaron tres medallas «ESPÍRITU
AMATEUR», recibidas por el club Del Acuerdo como institución, el equipo de voley de Primera División de La Emilia y David Palomeque; un joven de Villa Constitución que integró la selección argentina de Hockey sobre Piso que compitió en los Juegos Especiales en Corea.
El Círculo de Periodistas Deportivos San Nicolás entregó menciones especiales a Fernando Marconi (árbitro de fútbol), Josefa Villordo (atletismo), Selección Sub 17 (fútbol), Jorge Quarti (ajedrez), Juan Carlos Saadi (bochas), Hockey sobre Patines Club San Nicolás, Liga de Veteranos de Fútbol, Valentina Vivas (handball), Catriel Rojas (golf), equipo de primera del club Del Acuerdo (handball), Mario Torres (triatlón) y Boris Brunstein (tenis de mesa).-

THE CENTRAL REGION OF ARGENTINA HAD ITS GRAND FESTIVAL OF SPORT 2013

The north of the province of Buenos Aires and the South of Santa Fe lived last Thursday December 19 their great festival of amateur sport with more than two hundred distinguished athletes and a full theater.
The «PLUMI» Awards (the name comes from the words pen and microphone) were established 30 years ago by the
Circle of Sports Journalists of San Nicolás de los Arroyos and have become in the most important recognition of the entire region.
In it, through the votes of the members of the Circle of Sports Journalists, the most outstanding athletes are recognized.
The traditional festival of regional sport was held at the Municipal Theater «Rafael de Aguiar» in the city of San Nicolás de los Arroyos and was attended by the most outstanding amateur athletes in this 2013.
In addition, it was possible to collect a large amount of non-perishable food for the homes «El Amanecer» and «San Hipolito», highlighting the sense of solidarity that every year has this great event.
In his opening speech, the holder of the Circle, Mr. Cristian Torino, made an assessment of the current management and reaffirmed the prestige achieved by the entity in the Sports Journalists Federation of Argentina (FAPED), as well as in the International Association of Sports Journalists (AIPS).

This year, the «PLUMI DE ORO», the highest honor awarded by the Sports Journalists Circle, was for Federico Chiostri, who with only 14 years got to be crowned World Champion in Padel.
The «CUP CIRCLE OF SPORTS JOURNALISTS» was got the Paralympic athlete Adolfo Berdún, who was named Best Player of the
America’s Cup of Basketball in wheelchairs, held in Bogotá, Colombia.
The football player Diego Medina won the «PLUMI OF THE PEOPLE» who was voted through the official website. Moreover, as every year, were remembered and distinguished sportswriters who honored and continue honoring the profession.
A heartfelt tribute to late journalist Alberto Guarc was made in the first instance, and was distinguished to the renowned reporter Ricardo Scaglione for his long career. Then, the Chamber of Deputies of the Province of Buenos Aires, awarded distinctions to the notable paralympian athlete Adolfo Berdún, and football player and leader Daniel Ronco.
Were delivered three medals «AMATEUR SPIRIT», received by the club Del Acuerdo as an institution, the volleyball team of First Division of the Emilia and David Palomeque; a young man of Villa Constitution who joined the argentina team of Floor Hockey that competed in the Special Games in Korea.
