Santiago de Chile, 28 de diciembre de 2014.- La patinadora María José Moya fue galardonada con el «Premio Mejor de los Mejores» y el pesista Juan Carlos Garrido con el «Premio Mejor de los Mejores Paralímpico», distinciones que anualmente otorga el Círculo de Periodistas Deportivos de Chile (CPD).

El jurado reconoció a María José Moya por todos sus logros obtenidos durante el presente año, donde destacó principalmente por su título mundial en los 200 metros contrarreloj obtenido en Rosario, Argentina.
En tanto, Garrido obtuvo el «Premio Mejor de los Mejores Paralímpico» luego de sus sobresalientes actuaciones este año, donde ganó medalla de oro en los Juegos Parasuramericanos de Santiago 2014, fue quinto lugar en el campeonato mundial de pesas paralímpicas de Dubai, obtuvo oro en circuito de Colombia y oro en el circuito Caixa de Brasil.

de los Mejores», la premiación más importante del deporte chileno y donde se entregó el cóndor de bronce a los mejores deportistas de cada disciplina, se desarrolló en el Aula Magna de la Escuela de Investigaciones Policiales y asistieron autoridades, dirigentes y deportistas.
En la oportunidad también se entregó el Premio Nacional de Periodismo Deportivo, al periodista Felipe Vial, actual editor de Deportes del diario El Mercurio.
El CPD también otorgó las siguientes distinciones: Premio Mejor Trayectoria Periodística para Eduardo Sepúlveda; Premio al Mejor Periodista Desarrollo Profesional para Leopoldo Iturra; Premio Mejor Periodista Joven para Marco Antonio Escobar; el Premio Mejor Periodista Regiones para Erika Rojas y el Premio Maestro del Periodismo Deportivo «Sergio Livingstone Pohlhammer» para Juan Aguad Kunkar.

Santiago de Chile, December 28, 2014.- The skater Maria Jose Moya was awarded with the Prize «Best of the Best» and the weightlifter Juan Carlos Garrido with the Prize «Best of the Best Paralympic» distinctions that are awarded annually by the Circle of Sports Journalists of Chile (CPD).
The jury recognized to María José Moya for all the achievements obtained this year, where she noted mainly for her world title in the 200 meter time trial obtained in Rosario, Argentina.
Meanwhile, Garrido won the «Best of the Best Paralympic» after his outstanding performances this year, where he won a gold medal at the Parasuramericanos Games Santiago 2014, was fifth in the World Championship Paralympic weights of Dubai, won gold in Colombia and gold in the circuit Caixa of Brazil .
