What should I do to participate in the AIPS Sport Media Awards?

BOGOTA, Colombia, June 29, 2018.- The International Sports Press Association, organizer of the AIPS Sport Media Awards, recognition that promote creativity and excellence in Sports Journalists around the world, continues to receive nominations from colleagues in the five continents, whether or not they are members of AIPS, as long as they are nationals of one of the 160 countries that are part of it and over 18 years of age.

What are the Aips Sport Media Awards?

The highest international award in sports journalism, which aims to offer recognition to the very best sport storytellers across all media platforms, from photography to video, from print to digital, from podcasts to sports blogs.

What should I do to participate?

Choose the best journalistic work you have been done and which has been published in a media, regardless whether it is traditional or new trends.
The publication must have been done between July 1, 2017 and September 17, 2018 and a proof of it must be available.
Enter www.aipsawards.com, register and follow the application process.
Keep in mind that there is no limit of words or minutes of your work to apply, however, there are conditions for the size and format of the files, which are, 50mb in each case. The videos must be in mp4 format, while the audio in mp3, photos in jpg and the written work in pdf.
Each Journalist will have the opportunity to postulate a maximum of two (2) works, regardless of language, however, all applications will be translated into English by the organization of the AIPS Sport Media Awards. If the candidate wants, can include the translation, without this being considered an advantage for the judges.
The closing of applications will be on September 17, 2018 at 18:00 CET (Central European Time).
